BASEBALL (9-8, 3-2 Liberty League)
The Tigers went 3-2 last week, including a pair of victories over defending Liberty League champion Ithaca. Graduate student Ian Libby and first-year Jarin Moses continue to pace the offense, hitting .350 and .333 last week, respectively. Senior pitcher Alex Slotter threw 6.2 innings of shutout ball against the Bombers in Friday’s 4-1 victory, while junior John Arnold had a complete game seven-inning win in Saturday’s 4-1 victory.
RIT is scheduled to host St. Lawrence for a doubleheader on Tuesday and Alfred State for a single game on Wednesday before playing Liberty League doubleheaders at Vassar and Skidmore on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

MEN’S LACROSSE (11-1, 3-0 Liberty League)
The Tigers won a rematch of last year’s national championship game with Union on Saturday, 13-10. Sophomore attackman Clifford Gaston led the way with two goals and an assist, while graduate student goalie Will Sterrett made 15 saves.
RIT continues Liberty League play this week, hosting Ithaca on Wednesday before traveling to Clarkson on Saturday.

RIT defeated Allegheny at Gordon Field House on Tuesday, 7-2. This week, the Tigers travel to Rochester on Thursday before hosting Liberty League foe Union on Saturday at the RIT Tennis Courts.

WOMEN’S TRACK & FIELD
Sophomore Caroline Hill led RIT at the RIT Invitational on Saturday, winning the 200 with a time of 26.01. The Tigers will send individuals to the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic and the Brockport Invitational this weekend.

MEN’S TRACK & FIELD
Graduate student Matthew Funicelli set an outdoor program record in the shot put on Saturday while also winning the discus and hammer. Senior Tyler Hulse and sophomore Jason Mohr also won the high jump and javelin, respectively.
This weekend, RIT competes at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic and the Brockport Invitational.
