Dylan Donnery tied the game 11-11 with less than three seconds left in regulation. Tommy Andruzzi cleared the ball, made a move toward the cage and found Donnery in front for the finish.
Wagner scored in the third overtime stanza after two scoreless extra frames to claim the MAAC win.
John DeLucia and Jake Tellers each scored twice for Quinnipiac. Nick DiMuccio made 16 saves in front of the cage for the Bobcats.
