Senior attack Spencer Bell two goals and an assist, junior midfielder Seth Grottenthaler had two assists and junior midfielder Kaden Brunson and senior midfielder John Mozrall each had a goal and an assist.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- York’s Ben Mayer gave the Spartans a 1-0 lead and Jacob Wilhelm made it 2-0 York on his goal 6:09 into the game.
- Allison scored off an assist from Brunson to cut the York lead to 2-1.
- Mayer and Jack Grayson scored consecutive goals to increase the Spartans lead to 4-1.
- Allison scored two of the Tigers three straight goals, while Mozrall scored late in the second quarter to cut the Spartans lead to 5-4.
- Bell scored off an assist from Grottenthaler early in the third quarter to tie the score at 5-5.
- Mayer scored his third of the game with 5:42 to play in the third to give York a 6-5 lead.
- Bell, Pilcher, Gaston and first year midfielder Chase Bruno each scored in a four-goal run for RIT late in the third quarter.
- Gaston’s goal off an assist from Mozrall with 3:30 to play in the third gave the Tigers their first lead of the game.
- Bruno scored off a feed from Pilcher to make it 8-6, and Bell scored on the break off an assist from junior face-off specialist Nick Farrell to give the Tigers a 9-6 lead.
- York’s Vinny Facciponti scored off the face-off late in the third to cut the Tigers lead to 9-7.
- Allison scored off an assist from senior long-stick midfielder Taylor Jensen early in the fourth quarter, and Brunson made it a four-goal lead on his goal with 11:45 to play.
- Facciponti made it 11-8, Harnick cut the Tigers lead to 11-9 and Wilhelm made it a one-goal game on his goal with 1:37 remaining.
- RIT’s defense forced a York turnover late in regulation and the Tigers were able to clear to secure the 11-10 win.

- Junior goalie Kyle Burbank made nine saves to earn the win.
- Junior defenseman Michael Grace caused four turnovers, while senior defenseman Drew Leahy had three.
